This development is the refurbishment of the existing building which was originally the headquarters for Barclays Bank.  Planning consent was obtained in September 2003 to convert the Portland stone built structure into 55 apartments on six levels, including two new build floors.

This project is scheduled for completion in June 2005 and the entire scheme has been pre-sold.
