Riverdale Road .. Former kitchen garden to Notre
Dame school developed into 5 luxury residential homes.
Welburn
Croft .. The original Victorian villa was
converted into three substantial self-contained
apartments and a new-build block of a further six
apartments was constructed adjacent to the existing
property. Two new-build, five bedroom detached
properties were constructed in the grounds and the
existing coach house was extended and converted into a
four bedroom detached house.

Westbrook Mill .. This was a Grade II listed
building converted into a high
quality office development, comprising approximately ten
self-contained units. The scheme was undertaken
on a phased basis and ultimately completed in 1997.
Overall the scheme provided approximately 25,000 sq.
feet of office space.

Smithfield Apartments .. This
is a major new-build development involving the
construction of a six storey apartment block comprising
a total of 73 individual units with secure underground
parking for 66 vehicles on two basement levels.
This development is scheduled to complete in 2005.
Graham.Point
Apartments .. This is an exclusive development of
19 two / three bedroom apartments and penthouses
positioned in the heart of Sheffield's prestigious
Fulwood area.
Barclays Apartments ..
This development is the refurbishment of the existing
building which was originally the headquarters for
Barclays Bank. This will convert the Portland
stone built structure into 55 apartments on six levels,
including two new build floors.
